Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients
2 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt
2 c. all-purpose flour
8 T. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1 t. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 t. vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, salt, and flour in a large mixing bowl. In a saucepan, bring to a boil butter, oil, water, and cocoa. Add to flour mixture. Beat eggs, baking soda, buttermilk, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes.
ICING
8 T. (1 stick) butter
3 T. cocoa
6 T. milk
1 t. vanilla
One 16-oz. box powdered sugar
Melt together butter and cocoa. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar. Spread on warm cake.
