Orange-Apricot Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 boneless pork top loin chops, cut 1-inch thick
Ground black pepper (optional)
2 T. vegetable oil
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
Directions
1. If desired, sprinkle pork chops with ground black pepper. In a large skillet, cook chops in hot oil over medium-high heat about 14 minutes or until done (160 degrees F), turning once. Transfer chops to a servicng platter; keep warm.
2. For sauce, add brown sugar, marmalade, preserves, and mustard to skillet. Bring to boiling. Pour sauce over chops.
