Crumb-Topped Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 T. dried parsley
1 T. dried thyme
1 T. ground dill weed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. grated lemon zest
2 t. fresh lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
4 (4-oz.) salmon fillets
4 t. butter

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9" baking pan.

2. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, thyme, dill, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; set aside.

3. Place salmon, skin side down, in prepared pan. Cover salmon with crumb mixture; gently pat crumbs evenly over salmon fillets. Dot each serving with 1 teaspoon butter. Bake 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.Per serving: 186 Calories; 8g Fat (41% calories from fat); 22g Protein; 6g Carbohydrate; 51mg Cholesterol; 63mg Sodium
